Frequently asked
- How is an analysis counted?
- One analysis = one call recording successfully transcribed and scored against your script. Failed analyses (audio unreadable, Edith error) are not counted.
- What happens when I hit my quota?
- New analyses are blocked with a clear message until the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade. We never invoice silent overages.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrade any time from your billing page — the new quota applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free tier is included by default at signup, with 5 analyses per month. No card required.
